The academic and social event titled "Giving a Voice to Silent Pain: Endometriosis Awareness Symposium," planned to be held on March 9, 2026, between 12:00 and 14:00 in the Mimar Kemaleddin Conference Hall of the Rectorate Building, as part of the 100th anniversary of our university and International Women's Day on March 8, has been cancelled due to the passing of our former Rector and retired faculty member, Prof. Dr. Enver Hasanoğlu.

We thank you for your interest and support for this event, which aimed to address women's health from medical, ethical, psychosocial, and societal perspectives; we offer our condolences to the family and the university community on the passing of our late professor.
